Established in 2017 by two founding partners, with a single working principle: a client should always know who is handling their matter, what it will cost, and where it stands.
Odhiambo & Kathyaka Advocates is a medium-sized Kenyan law firm of professionals who share a common goal: providing exemplary legal services that meet the needs of our clients and the public at large.
The firm has two partners and one associate, supported by [pupils and legal assistants]. To ensure cohesion, accessibility and direct communication, every client is encouraged to have a contact person within the firm — so their matter is taken seriously and given a personal touch. The firm is headed by the Managing Partner, who is responsible for its day-to-day running.
Since inception we have built a strong base of clients across commercial, property, employment and litigation work, and we maintain professional indemnity insurance to protect them against loss arising from our work.
