Kennedy is the Managing Partner of Odhiambo & Kathyaka Advocates, which he co-founded in 2017. He heads the firm’s Commercial and Civil Litigation department, appearing regularly before the Magistrates’ Courts, the High Court and specialised tribunals.
His practice covers commercial disputes, debt recovery, employment and labour claims, and contentious contract matters. Clients instruct him where a dispute is likely to end up in court and they want an advocate who will say early — and honestly — whether it is worth fighting.
